The deal between us.

We've tried to keep these terms as short and readable as possible. Please read them.

Who can use Aura

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to create an account. If you're using Aura on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe. Don't share your account with other people. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, email us immediately at support@auralabs.one.

Your content

Everything you create in Aura — journal entries, dreams, chats, tablet readings — is yours. We don't claim any rights to it beyond the limited permission we need to display it back to you, store it, and pass it to our AI providers for generating responses you asked for.

What's not okay

  • · Trying to break, overload, or bypass authentication on our servers
  • · Scraping the app, reselling our AI outputs, or using Aura to train other AI models
  • · Using Aura to generate content that harms others (harassment, illegal material, etc.)
  • · Creating multiple accounts to abuse the free tier

We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in these behaviors. We'll always try to reach out first if there's room for a conversation.

Premium

Premium is a one-time purchase for Lifetime access to the Premium features (TTS meditations, the Full Tablet 7-card spread, the Celtic Cross 10-card spread). "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the Aura product — if we ever shut down, Premium ends gracefully and we'll give you generous notice.

We offer a 14-day refund on Premium if you're not satisfied — email support@auralabs.one.

Aura is not therapy

Aura is a spiritual wellness tool. She is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical provider. Nothing Aura says constitutes medical advice, mental health treatment, or a diagnosis. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or a crisis line in your country.

Liability

Aura is provided "as is." While we do our best to make her useful and accurate, we can't guarantee specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before any claim.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and email everyone with an active account. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
